HIGH PRIORITY
The proposed takeover of all lands within the State of Queensland by the Bligh Government must be withdrawn immediately.
This action, under the guise of banning the management practices of clearing regrowth, has the ability to close down farming and grazing lands within the State of Queensland. So much for the production of foodstuffs in Queensland.
All forms of negotiations in place between the Bligh Government, and groups chosen by this Government, must cease immediately. These negotiations have no credibility or validity.
The matter of vegetation management by landholders on their properties is in no way open to any form of negotiation.
